He keeps me warm

He does. he does keep me warm - yes literallly.

But he keeps my heart warm, he keeps my mind sane (as much as he possibly can) , he loves me for who I am and who I am yet to become.

I know this now. It took me a while ( 3 years to be exact) but who's counting ;). I love him with all I have to offer, he knows this. Due to all my past relationship fails it has taken me this long to believe him when he tells me loves ME!

Besides the point, given my outrageously crazy mind and constant personality changes this guy has actually chosen to love me. I find that quite insane. There should be something wrong with him...

For now I am thankful. thankful for the constant reminders that he loves me, for the surprise flowers I get when I feel down, I'm thankful for the kisses only every 3 months - because of distance. I'm thankful for the silly moments, the good ones and the bad.

This guy is worth so much! i'll never be able to give him what he deserves. The patience he has with me, the love I thought only my mother could ever have for me. :)

I am so incredibly blessed to be yours.

Few relationships last long distance, ours started out that way. and we're already 2 and 1/2 years strong. So many more to come.

I love you. Always have, always will.
